It’s hard to remember life before Smikteck. We’ve been with them since they started, and there’s no reason to leave. We’re happy with the service we get.

These days, no computer means no business. That’s just how it is. You need to have reliability and if there is an issue it should be attended to, promptly. That’s what we have – reliability. It just works. I don’t really have to think about it.

If our system goes down, we need it fixed quickly. I know that I can give them a call and they’re virtually on to it straight away.
